Elo answers where a player should rank and queue. TDS Rating answers how well they performed in a match. Keeping those separate makes the ladder easier to trust.

Rank bands
F: 0-99, D: 100-199, C: 200-299, B: 300-399, A: 400-499, A+: 500-699, S: 700+.
Strict thresholds
Rank is based on Elo thresholds, not automatic streak promotion.
